ACTIVITIES: Salad Bar and breads for dinner on Thursday evening. Pot Luck Happy Hour for Lunch on Friday…Bring something to share. Samgo Thursday evening after dinner & Saturday after the meetings, Horseshoe tournament Friday morning. Hold-em tournament, Friday afternoon. Saturday Afternoon-State Committee Meeting, 50/50 Friday & Saturday Saturday Evening Dinner by Your Staff. -- Bean Bag Baseball to follow. Please bring your own Drink for both the Saturday Dinner and Happy Hour—Iced Tea available FACILITIES: Full hook-ups, level parking, Areas available for Chapter Meetings. **The Parking Crew will direct all rigs to their sites** Registration confirmation will be returned to you via email or in a self addressed stamped envelope. Without an email address or Stamped self addressed envelope, your cancelled check is your receipt. Refunds prior to February 1st will be less a $15.00 handling fee. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for returned checks. No refunds after August 25th 2012.
