                               Southern California Samboree 2012 

                   “The Land of OZ”      

                                                    April 12th – 15th 2012

                                                    Antelope Valley Fairgrounds

                                                    Lancaster, California 

Facilities:  Minimum electric (20 amp), Dump Site & Water available. Bring 25’ – 50’ 12 gauge cord.                                             

Activities:  Opening Ceremonies on Thursday Night, Bring your chapter flag & wear your vest

Chapter & Commercial Sales + Seminars + Pet Show + Ice Cream Social + SAMGO + Craft Show + Ladies Social + Men’s Lunch + Chili Dinner on Wednesday + Carnival Night on Friday +  Blind Rodeo + Door Prizes + Theme Parade + Games+ Entertainment + Hot Coffee every morning & Iced Tea all day.

Special tour of EDWARDS AFB early Thursday morning, limited space please sign up early, Car Pool to base, no fee.  

Parking: Rigs are parked as they arrive (HOBO)    No parking after 5:00PM each day.

A holding area is available for late arrivals and to gather your group.

                            The parking crew directs you to your spot on the grounds.    

Registration:  Confirmation sent ONLY via SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE or email.

                                         Otherwise, your cancelled check is your receipt

Our Samboree is a THREE night event with early bird parking on Wednesday, extra (see below).

                     Cancellations: Refunds prior to March 15th will be less $20.00. No refunds after March 15th.  

                     Returned Checks: $25.00 fee for returned check + bank charges    

                    Discount: $10.00 discount for all entries postmarked before  February 1st   2012
